Selling your home isn't just taking a few photos of it and throwing it on Rightmove. Buyers will notice things you likely haven't... the bin in the bathroom? Move it out of sight. Clothes on the back of the door? Put them in the wardrobe. Kids toys taking over? Just HIDE THEM for the photos, you can always put them back afterwards (or, you know, have a toy purge)
